Tina Hashemi and Michael McNulty became friends through the jazz program at UVA in the fall of 2019. They have been working together over the past two months on a jazz trio project showcasing original arrangements for guitar, vocals, and bass of many lesser known jazz standards. The performance of this project will be presented in the Music Library on April 29, 2022 at 4 pm and will be the first performance that Tina and Michael have led together as a duo. They will be joined by Ami Falk on bass, a second year who is also a part of the UVA Jazz Ensemble.
